Also, did anyone notice that Bush's answer to the flu vaccine problem is to import more of the vaccine from Canada? This is the same country from which we're not supposed to import cheaper drugs because they might not be safe. Whatever.

Well, the real kicker is, they're NOT Canadian drugs; they're American pharmaceuticals that are being sold more cheaply in other countries, including Canada, because only the US system allows Big Pharma to get away with that shit... so the safety issue is completely out the window, because the drugs HAVE ALREADY BEEN CERTIFIED BY THE FDA...
