Oh, and by the way

My new thing for the next 30 days is to take my gym clothes to work with me and work out at lunchtime.

I've done it two days in a row and I feel great.

Well, except my knees. They feel crippled. But the sooner they give out completely, the sooner I can hire a hot Danish physical therapist.

Mmmm . . . hot danish.

Great. Now I'm hungry.

Good for you! I've been dieting, but I just can't get into the gym thing. I never really could. I'd join a gym and would go for a couple of months before it completely lost its appeal.
